I strongly urge you to not allow telemarketers access to the Do Not Call registry for ANY use. This list should be used for it's intended purpose of eliminating any and all telemarketers calls to those users that list their numbers with it. That was the intent of the law and it should not be amended to weaken it after the fact. To do so, is to subvert the very reason for the law.
