Comments:
Please do not allow companies to deliver 'pre-recorded message telemarketing.' Already, over 80% of our inbound calls are telemarketing even though we are on the Do Not Call List. The calls we receive are not only a waste of time, but also money: they detract from our ability to receive and handle legitimate calls from interested prospects or customers. Plenty of companies are already bending and abusing the Do Not Call List -- please do not open the sluice gates so that the List becomes a failure.
