I am enjoying the evening silence from telemarketers provided by the national DNC list. PLEASE do not create a loophole for prerecorded messages. I'm not interested in receiving unsolicited calls - even from companies that I already have a business relation with. The point is: if I want information from a vendor, I will instigate the call.
