Please DO NOT open up the Do-Not-Call List to telemarketers. "Prior business relationship" is an obvious loophole ripe for exploiting. The entire purpose of the list is to PREVENT telemarketers from calling people who do not want them to. Allen Hile should be fired for this rediculous project.
