|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:The whole reason for people to sign up for the no call list is to NOT RECIEVE PHONE CALLS from telemarketers. Recorded or not, it's still solicitaion, and is still annoying. To go back on the guarantee that the "do not call" list provides further proves to US citizens, and the world, that we live in a country where privacy is no longer a fundamental human right that was guaranteed by our forefathers.
