I classify all tele-marketing calls (live in-person or pre-recorded) as a form of harrassment and a general nuisance.........this includes political messages, too. Please do NOT change the current existing rules to allow pre-recorded tele-marketing messages to consumers. Thank You, Dawn Oswald
