I would recommend against opening up the DNC list to additional exceptions. I am on the DNC registry, but I already receive too many telephone solicitations, including approximately 3-5 pre-recorded solicitations per day. What makes the pre-recorded solicitations even more annoying is that I subscribe to a service offered by Qwest which places a message on all incoming calls stating that my line does not accept solicitations. While must human telemarketers respect the message (and the few who don't quickly hear my wrath), the automated telemarketers are unable to. What is even worse is that due to the timeout caused by the message, I get most of these messages near the end of their message so that I can't even get enough of the message to call these people and demand that I be removed from their list. I pay for telephone service, and as such, I treat my phone line much the same way as I treat my property. Don't allow these soliciting machina any more access than they already have. Sincerely, Michael Russell
