This is a terrible idea that goes against the very spirit and intent of the Do-Not-Call list. I don't care if the message is recorded, sung, or invoked in tongues by the Holy Father Himself -- I don't want my time wasted and silence interrupted by used car salesmen of cheap product and cheaper ideology. What part of DO NOT CALL wasn't understood the first time? I might be able to determine what constitutes an appropriate "established business relationship", but I certainly wouldn't trust any government or business agency to understand what the nature of the ettiquette was. So, NO. I would not be happy with this amendment.
