What would make a person believe that someone who did not want to receive live sales calls by signing up for the Do Not Call list would want to receive pre-recorded calls instead? It is bad enough that I am inundated daily with junk mail and spam. Do you honestly think I want junk/spam phone calls? Did you think or hope this would slip through unnoticed? The mere proposition of this idea is a betrayal of the spirit and intent of the Do Not Call list. I DO NOT WANT THIS!!! The Direct Marketing Association can not take NO! for an answer, which is why the Do Not Call List came to pass in the first place.
