NO more telecommunication spam! The clause for only with a 'business relationship' is being abused too much already. Pre-recorded calls are even more irritating and an invasion of my privacy. I DO NOT want a pre-recorded call EVER...I don't care who it is from. On a pre-recorded call, I can't ask them to take me off their list or not to call me again. This shouldn't be permitted. These laws were put in place to reduce the massive amount of phone solicitations. Don't do ANYTHING to increase it again.
