Please do NOT open up a loophole like this to allow telemarketing. I signed up for the DO-NOT-CALL list because I DO NOT WANT CALLED for any reason by telemarketers. Having a prior business relationship is irrelevant. I do not want to be called by any telemarketers under any circumstances. By allowing a loophole like this, it will guarantee that anyone I ever even appeared to want to do business with will be able to make telemarketing calls to me which would totally defeat the entire purpose of having a do-not-call list. PLEASE think.
