To whom this may concern. I believe that the regulations the calls made by telemarketers, including recordings, should not be relaxed from what they presently are and, in fact, if they could become tighter that would be a benefit. It is extremely annoying to receive unsolicited calls. I have begun to get calls on my cellular phone and as this uses minutes that I am paying for, I find this especially offensive. Please do not loosen the regulations regarding telemarketing. Thank you.
