I object to allowing telemarketers (even on behalf of companies I do business with) access to phone numbers on the do-not-call list. What is this list for? Are you planning on adding a really-do-not-call list? In my opinion adding the loophole is a complete betrayal of trust on the part of the FTC towards the people that the list is supposed to serve.
