I signed up for the Do-Not-Call list, and have paid taxes to fund it's continued existence, so that loopholes like this would not only be frowned upon, but disallowed entirely. Please don't sell out the americans who've trusted you to protect their phones and lives from further commercialization by bowing to pressure from the industry to let them continue this practise of pressuring people to buy anything at all, just to get them to go away.
