I've read that the FTC is considering allowing "pre-recorded message telemarketing" to be unleashed on those wishing to receive no calls. Do not let this happen. Do not call means do not call. Please use your oversight properly and protect the consumer from business. We are citizens, not customers. Thanks, -S
