Please do not add any loopholes to the "Do Not Call" rule. Also please consider making political parties bound by the "Do Not Call" rule. During this year's election cycle, I was phone spammed by a major political party who purchased my contact information from voting rolls. The calls were annoying, and attempts to remove me from their list proved to be futile.
