What the hell is your problem? Amending the Do Not Call List to allow any telemarketing whatsoever, be it pre-recorded or WHATEVER, is absolutely absurd. If you open up even a tiny loophole those scumbags will find EVERY WAY POSSIBLE TO EXPLOIT IT. I would know, since I was a telemarketer for a month. They're scum, and they'll do scummy things as long as you leave even a creak in the door open. Leave the fucking door SLAMMED SHUT.
