It is a total outrage that the "do not call" list is being subverted and the needs of the many are being blatantly ignored to satisfy the needs of the very few. I am shocked and appalled at this proposal. What part of "do not call" do Mr. Hile and the DMA not understand? Keep the rule simple and absolute, with NO ambiguity and NO exceptions. If I say "NO" it means just that. As a voting citizen and a taxpayer, my voice and that of the millions who feel the same way as I do (don't even try to pretend otherwise; you know) should have more clout than an organization such as the DMA ane their well-paid lobbyists.
