To whom it may concern, The Do-Not-Call list as it currently exists is one of the greatest things the government has done lately. Why change it? Recorded marketing messages are one of the most intrusive, obnoxious tools marketers can use. It is bad enough to be disturbed by a person trying to sell something, but to pick up the phone and hear a recording do the same is far worse. I beg of you, please do not modify the existing rules. Never since I established phone service have I received as few annoying marketing calls, and the last thing I want is to pick up the phone and hear recordings again.
