I personally do not want to receive any sales calls regardless of my business relationships. Here is a suggestion for an alternative that would allow those who do want to receive such calls to let the businesses in question know this: each business would mail cards to their customer's asking for permission to make such calls. Those customers that wish to be called by businesses would then mail back such cards with an answer.
