I read today's story in the Chicago paper and I'm shocked that the FTC would even consider creating loopholes that would add any more permissable phone calls to people such as myself on the do-not-call list. DO NOT CALL is a simple concept !! I don't want my phone to ring and find any flavor of salesman on the line. Regards, Dale Malony
