Pre-recorded messages are a major nuisance . As a concerned US permandent resident, I expect the FTC to enforce strictly the do-not-call list to protect consumer against unwanted intrusions of their home such as pre-recorded messages. Consumers should be able to express their desire NOT to receive solicitation at their home - especially pre-recorded messages.
