I strongly oppose the Safe Harbor Provision modification(s) to the rules pertaining to the National Do Not Call Registry proposed by the Direct Marketing Association allowing telemarketers and/or businesses to contact persons on the Do Not Call Registry. DO NOT CALL means just that. I'm counting on the FTC to protect MY interests as a United States Citizen and Taxpayer. I vote, and I haven't missed an election since 1970. NO RULE CHANGES in favor of business to the National Do Not Call Registry. Period.
