I added my wife's celly and my own, as well as our landline phone, to this DNC database because we do not want ANY calls. Registered voters and taxpayers, we object vehemently to ANY proposal to perform ANY modifications to the rules of the DNC list, as were in place at the time we established ourselves upon it. There should logically be NO changes, unless of course they make it even less likely we shall receive marketing calls. Look, guys, this is nuts! I'm a licensed amateur radio op, I work with many different forms of technology regulated entirely or in part by the FCC, and with a couple of notable exceptions the wife and I feel you are doing pretty well. This proposal, making it likely we'd get more calls, is not only wrong, it insults my intelligence and that of the American public. C'mon, people, don't do this to us, please? Don't we get enough insulting marketing, aimed at the lowest common denominator, each day already? Do we need MORE?Do we go back to idiots calling at dinnertime, or worse, some recorded nonsense? Please! Have a heart, OK Please keep bucking the trend and don't bend over for that fool Bush. We're counting on you.
