Absolutely NO ADDITIONAL LOOPHOLES should be inserted in the current rules !! Since the "Do Not Call" ist, my unsolicited calls dropped from 2-3 a day to maybe one every two weeks. I DO NOT want to now start receiving "automated" calls where it will be almost impossible to reach the caller and get put on their do-not-call list. The "established business relationship" caveat is wide open to abuse. Again -- the rules are FINE as-is. I do not approve of this proposed change !! RK Baratono
