Hi, The reason I opted into Do Not Call list was to get rid of those calls from companies who pretended they have "an established business relationship" with me. In any case, I want to be the one taking the first step in establishing a relationship, not the other way around. For that reason, I strongly disagree with the amendment in question, and if any modifications are necessary to the act, they should be enhancing the privacy of home consumers. Adrian
