RE:Prerecorded message EBR Telemarketing, project No R411001 Dear Sirs/Madam: Please don't weaken the regulations and reduce the barriers, allowing the telemarkers to expand the voice spam that I now receive. I am on the "do not call list", but receive many unwanted telemarking calls. When I explain that I am on the list, many times I receive an obnoxious comment. Any weakening of the regs would tend to fill my voice mail box similar to the spam that now fills my email box. Thanks for the consideration, Mr. Grant
