I have an "established business relationship" with countless commercial entities. I don't understand why doing business with somebody should somehow implicitly invite them to intrude on my family's dinner hour. I also don't understand how it could be considered a migitating circumstance that the caller can't be bothered even to use a human for the phone call. Please let me continue to pick up the phone with some faith that the person on the other side actually wants to talk to me.
