Title: Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment Subject Category: Trade Regulation Rule on Telemarketing Sales Docket Id: RIN 3084-0098 CFR Citation: 16 CFR Part 310 Under NO conditions do I desire to receive ANY telemarketing calls! This is especially true of prerecorded messages that can be delivered at almost no cost to the telemarketer. Therefore it will be abused. Allowing any form of telemarketing will destroy the original purpose of the law. I am firmly against allowing any relaxing of the rules. Regards, James Berube
