|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:Mr. Allen Hile, what part of "Do Not Call" don't you understand? When I placed my phone number on the "Do Not Call Registry" I meant I did not want any telemarketer to call me, whether he was using prerecorded or live messaging. Your reasoning to allow prerecorded messages is just another indication that our government is probably, in large part, being run by idiots; or perhaps payola has again reared its ugy head. I DO NOT WANT TO BE CONTACTED ON MY LAND PHONE OR MY CELL PHONE BY TELEMARKETERS USING LIVE OR PRERECORDED MESSAGES.
