The National Do-Not-Call Registry is perfect as it is. It's one of the few things our government has done in many years that truly, successfully reflects the Will of the People over the Will of Big Business. DON'T YOU DARE CHANGE ANYTHING!!! A pre-recorded message disrupts privacy, dinner, homework and family time just as badly as a live message does, and you know it! For once, JUST ONCE, show us that Government can take the high road and reflect the People's Will as we have so loudly declared it.
