This proposal will eliminate any privacy gains we've made and cripple the Do Not Call beyond repair. If adopted, i fear the measure of 'an existing business relationship' will be stretched and skewed to a point that these 'robo-calls' will become commonplace in our daily lives. This is terrible idea with no net benefit for consumers.
