In my opinion, this modification directly defeats the purpose of the list, and further transforms the list into a means of distributing personal numbers (of people who do not wish to be called) to the very business from which the list participants were seeking protection. Since I pay for my phone line, I should be able to choose whether or not I will allow any incoming business communication. My choice is "no," and this list is the only means I have of enforcing my choice. The proposed modification robs me of this choice, and further harms me by distributing my personal number to the very businesses from whom I do not wish to receive calls. Please reject this proposal.
