The best legislation in years is the telemarketing call ban list. Don't cave in to business again by slowly dismantling the regulations. If anything it should be stronger not weaker. Should the regulations be weakened, I'm sure that the outrage of the general public will be so great that the make up of congress will change come mid term elections. So on second thought, go ahead and make the Democrat's Day - if you’re that foolish.
