|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:You're kidding right? Allowing prerecorded messages is worse than allowing a live salesperson to call! Allowing this would make the do not call list in my opinion worthless. This works out better for the ad companies as well as hurting us citizens who enjoy a relative lack of sales calls at the moment. No longer would these companies need to employ reps, they have no incentive to. It's cheaper and they could contact more people without them. Companies should NOT have the right to advertise to me no matter what. Terrible idea, and I sincerely hope this is never implemented.
