Comments:
Enacting either of the two changes in question, allowing calls with pre-recorded messages and changing the wording of the safe harbor provision, would be in direct opposition to the spirit of the law and the will of the people you serve. We do not want to be bothered by any kind of telemarketing, at all. Allowing companies that refuse to abandon outmoded and unpleasant business practices to circumvent the will of the American people should be unconscionable to you. Do not enact any changes that would increase the number of phonecalls that I would receive from, or on behalf, any kind of corporation.
