I am opposed to the proposed rule. I do not want any telemarketing calls, recorded or otherwise; so I am opposed to any rule change that increases the possibility of more calls. I experienced so many recorded political calls the past couple months prior to the election that I am particularly opposed to recorded calls, since I cannot talk back to the caller. Thank you.
