I signed up for the do not call list to *NOT* get any unwanted phonecalls, so i consider this a really bad idea. It will alow all kind of companies to call, and claim that they have an prior relationship. In my opinion there should be even MORE restrictions, do not call should mean just that, NO ONE should be alowed to call me for any kind of promotion, political campagin or charity deals.
