|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:This update to the Do-Not-Call list almost negates the purpose of the list. An "established" relationship is too loose of a term and this vagueness combined with the relaxation to recorded messages makes it easy for companies to "phone spam" consumers. Also, the "campaign" of a company is also loosely defined. I strongly disagree with this amendment.
