To whom it may concern at the FTC, I recently was informed that you are considering introducting a loop-hole into the do not call phone list to permit companies to deliver pre-recorded message telemarketing. I am whole heartedly opposed to this decision and urge you not to enact this change. In an age when I receive countless email spam messages, I'm even more upset when I am contacted via phone, especially in this manner. I do not accept the argument that an existing business relationship with the company sending the phone message justifies a perceived right to spam my phone line. Please do not take away the strength of the do not call by allowing this loop-hole. Thank you, Brandon Kroupa
