The other day I was reading an article in the Chicago SunTimes, and am simply outraged that the FTC may decide to open a "loop hole" to allow pre-recorded message telemarketing. I signed up for the do not call list, because I do not wish to recieve any type of marketing calls. NONE. I do not wish to have my phone bombarded with answering-machine spam.
