I am STRONGLY opposed to any '...additional call abandonment safe harbor to allow telemarketing calls...'. My wife and signed up with the national 'do not call' list SPECIFICALLY to stop telemarketers from calling us, and it makes no sense to allow them to send us prerecorded messages when we have already indicated we don't want ANY messages. In other words, I do not want any telemarketing calls, whether they are prerecorded or live, and I hope you will quash this amendment. Thanks for reading this, Alex Hazlett
