I think this is a horrible idea - why should i be subjected to a recording at all. The do-not-call list is one of the best things the FTC has done, my phone is mostly silent now at night, and allows me to spend my time with my kids. If i want to purchase something I know where to go find it, and if I have a previous relationship with a company, and i liked them, I would go find them. (and often do ask dell, they have never called me, and i continue to use them) please keep the best thing you did - thanks \ larry
