When I placed my name on the DO NOT CALL LIST I intended not to be bothered by any specious telephone calls from telemarketers. Your proposed rule change will enable telemarketers to once again bother me or leave messages on my voicemail. What part of DO NOT CALL does the FCC Not understand ?
