Comments:
I am strongly opposed to any modifications to the current structure of the Do Not Call List, especially those that grant any more rights to telemarketers. I currently get *no* telemarketing calls whatsoever and I want it to stay that way. I am specifically opposed to the "pre-existing business relationship" clause because it can be so easily abused. Please do not change the rules-- if anything, make them stronger. Thanks for your hard work on the DNCList thus far.
