dear sir or madam, Regardless of the message being delivered live or pre-recorded a call from a telemarketer is still undesirable and unwelcomed. Please reconsider opening the loop hole which will once again allow these scum bags to call and disturb me and members of my household. I get enough Unsolicited email and my spam filters help take care of most of it, but not all of it. I really don't need anyone calling me and offering to help me get an erection, or sell me prescription drugs without a prescription. Please don't allow telemarketers of ANY kind, (Pre-recorded or otherwise) ,to call me
