Under no circumstances do I want my telephone numbers which I registered with the Telemarketing Sales Rule Do Not Call List used to, as you say, allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship. When I say DO NOT CALL, that is precisely what I mean. I registered my phone numbers to ensure that I will have legal recourse against agressive telemarketers. I did not give out my number in order to join a list of sales prospects. In any case, a telemarketer who calls me can be assured that I will not be receptive to the pitch.
