I personally believe this amendment would harm the privacy of consumers in the long run. I, as well as virtually everyone else I know, would very much NOT like to receive pre-recorded messages. No one would actually sit and listen to them, and the annoyance factor of a phone ringing several times a day just to deliver a pre-recorded message is very high. I am AGAINST the proposed amendment.
