Spam is spam. As long as I am PAYING FOR PHONE SERVICE, I want no unsolicited calls OF ANY KIND. Advertisers have no inherent right to barrage me with their messages. Laws must be on the side of the consumers, NOT the corporations. PLEASE do not open loopholes in the Do Not Call list. Thank you. Karl Tate
