Like sixty million other Americans, the reason I signed up with the Federal DNC list was to prevent unwanted, unsolicited telephone calls, prerecorded or otherwise. It is beyond outrageous that you are considering loosening the rules under which participants in the DNC program may be called. This list exists for the benefit of consumers, NOT businesses. Let's keep it that way!
